1 General Provisions

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be completely accurate and correct. We reserve the right to suspend an account and withhold funds if false information is provided.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to strategically abuse the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or conducting coordinated betting activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Other Promotions

5 Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

zk555 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by impartial algorithms (RNG), which ensure unbiased outcomes. No manipulation of game results is possible.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software failure produces an abnormal result, that round or bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Winnings resulting from an error will not be recognized.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, the applicable rules for the relevant bet will apply and the result will be determined accordingly.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts

6 VIP Program & Rewards

The zk555 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity. zk555 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits. Decisions regarding cashback amount calculations will be considered final.

7 Security & Data Protection

7.1 SSL Encryption

All data transmission on the zk555 platform is secured by SSL encryption. Your personal information and financial data are stored with the highest level of security.

7.2 Use of Personal Information

• Bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts
• Involvement in unlawful activity

9.2 User Rights

10 Limitation of Liability

zk555 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of profit, or any other financial or emotional harm arising from use of the platform, if caused by:

• Third-party software or payment gateway disruption
• Issues with the user's own device or network
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)

In any circumstance, our total liability will be limited to the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days prior to the relevant event.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that specific provision will be excluded while all remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Waiving any part of the Terms will not be considered a waiver of future obligations.
